Japan Center’s new program started on Oct 20.
It is Series of Seminars introducing Japanese Culture.(Online)
Each seminar talks over one topic with Japanese history, Value, Social Background, Transaction through the era, as well as Political Effects.
1st day was “Sakura”. This is part 1 of 3 Seminar Series of October 2021.
The lecture Mrs Kaoru M. has introduced Sakura as National Flower of Japan with its transition from Plum Tree in 6th Century, the Ohanami-party has been used as political strategy in each era, its cloning system to prolong its life, and the reason Japanese Defence presenting it as logo.
75 minutes has quickly passed with so much information, and audience was fascinated with the lecture.
November Seminar is open for public (Nov.17th “Foods” / Nov.24 “Architect & Habitat of Japan” / Dec.8 “Fashion”).
If possible to transfer the fee to UAE bank, any participants from Gulf Area are welcomed. (Also if you live in Japan and transfer the fee to Japanese Bank account, it is possible to join.)
