“Starter A1” course have been competed on Feb 14th. Students took final exam including speaking exam. All of them have passed successfully, and proceeded to the higher level.
The new courses in Term 3 will start on April 4th.
Japan Center celebrated New Year with friends and family on January 17th.
There were workshops of Calligraphy and Origami. The display of Ikebana. Yukata trial. Traditional Games of Koma, Kendama, Hagoita, Daruma-Otoshi, Wanage, Fukuwarai, Sugoroku, etc.
Daito Ryu Dojo performed martial art for audience.
Many current and previous students joined the event.
3 days Arabic Calligraphy Course completed in November. Ms Hind Kamal led the course with passion and enthusiasm. Japanese ladies learnt beautiful words of Quran and proverb, and enjoyed the difference of Arabic fonts.
Japan Center completed Arabic Reading & Writing Course. The lecture, Ms Nour, taught Japanese ladies Arabic Alphabet in Japanese language. Not including difficult Grammar, the class focused on short and long vowels, pronunciations, and how to write. At the end of the course, all students became able to write their names in Arabic.
Term 2 of Japanese Language Course starts on Nov 22.

Timing: 9:30am to 12:30pm (every Saturday morning for 3 hours, total 27 hours)

Fee: AED 2500/person (AED 2300/person for high-school students) , Additional Text Fee for new Starter A1(1st Half) is AED 250, Workbook for Starter A1(2nd Half) is AED 40

1) The venue is in Sharjah near the border of Dubai.
2) Courses are open for all nationalities over 15 years old. We accept teenagers above 13 yrs old with parents’ consent. Each class is 3 hours with one 10 minutes interval. It is designed for adults with cultural and social aspects.

4) Certificate of completion will be given after finishing the full textbook.
