Japanese ladies have visited “Museum of Islamic Civilization” in Sharjah on November 16th, 2011.
In cooperation with Dubai Women’s Association, 18 ladies and have been studying Islam for past one month. At the end of of course, Japan Center took these students to the museum to experience Islamic Art and Science.
It was one hour tour with English guide through Islamic Faith Section, Hajj Section, Islamic Architecture Section, Islamic Science Section, in addition to many historical displays of crafts upstairs. They are impressed with beautiful embroidery of Kiswa. It was short but meaningful field trip to understand Islam for Japanese ladies.
