Japan Center starts Term 1 on September 14th
In cooperation with House of Wisdom, Sharjah, Japan Center will offer the language course with the fee AED 1000/term.

Japan Center will start new Japanese Language Course 2024-25.
There are 3 terms in this academic year, starting from Sep 14th.
Term 1: Sep 14th Nov 9th (9 weeks of Saturdays)
Timing: 9:30am to 12:30pm (3 hours in each Saturday, total 27 hours)
Courses:
① Starter A1 Course for very Beginners
② Starter A1 2nd Half-Course (from Lesson 10-18), for those who understand Hiragana & Katakana and basic Grammar by studying for 30-50 hours in other Institutes.
③ Elementary1-A2 2nd Half-Course (from Lesson 10-18), for those who understand Writing and 30 Kanjis. The students should understand basic conversation and grammar.
Teacher: Qualified Japanese native speakers
Fee: for Starter A1 course will be AED 1000/person + AED 250 for textbooks. (In cooperation with House of Wisdom Sharjah, there are support for the fee.)

New Japanese Language Course of academic year 2024-25 will start on September 14th.
Any nationality, any age above 15 are welcome to our class.
The course period : Sep 14th to Nov 7th (every Saturday Morning for 9 weeks)– Term 1
Dec to Feb –Term 2
April to May — Term 3
The course Timing will be from 9:30am to 12:30pm (3 hours)
There are courses as below:
“STARTER A1 course” for new beginners,
“STARTER A1 (2nd half) course”, for those who completed Starter A1 (1st half) & those who has basic knowledge of grammar
“ELEMENTARY 1-A2 (2nd Half) course” for those who studied Japanese for more than 100 hours.
If you don’t know your level, exams are available on 1st day of the course.
The venue will be in Sharjah.
The detail of the fee and venue will be announced in August.
The registration starts in August.

The 3rd term of Japanese Language Course of academic year 2023-24 has completed.
Two courses of different level, Starter A1 an Elementary1-A2, completed first half of the textbooks out of 18 lessons.
Japan Center will resume courses from the second week of September.
We will accept the registration of new Beginner in August, as well.

The last day of National Study Course was about “Life of Emirati women in past and present”.
Ms Sara talked about the women’s rights which Emirati women have enjoyed even during the difficult times before oil.
And it is very clear what and how Emirati women enjoying the freedom and rights in 21st Century.
More than 20 Japanese participants enjoyed her courses for 3 weeks.



The delegation had great honor to visit Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center of Dubai.
Mr Rashed Bumelha kindly guided us to its esteemed facilities and explained the great achievements of UAE space history.
In the afternoon, the delegates went to Al Ain to know the life of inner desert of UAE.
They visited Al Ain Palace Museum and Al Ain Oasis.






The Japanese delegation has visited Kalba to know the lifestyle of the UAE’s East Coast.
Japan Center’s language learners also joined the tour.
They enjoyed the cultural exchange as well as the conversation over the various topics during the long bus ride.
For some people, it is the first time to visit East coast, no need to mention the delegates.
Mangrove Center and Wildlife Conservation Center of Kalba were our destinations.





The participants of “UAE Study Tour” visited Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization on May 4th.
They were impressed with the great works of Islamic Scientists.
Then they joined the Japan Center’s Japanese Language Course.
The students of Elementary1 A2 and Starter A1 course enjoyed the conversation with the participants.
After this, the participants went home-visit of three different houses of local and foreign family.
Each had extraordinary and unforgettable experiences.





“UAE Study Tour” to study about UAE people and its society started on May 3rd.
Semi Government Entity “Center for International Youth Exchange” of Japan, and “UAE-Japan Cultural Center” created 1st Study Tour of UAE for Japanese Youths.
The tour will continue till May 8th, visiting Mhd bin Rashid Space Agency, Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization, Dubai Women’s Association, Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abrahamic Family House, Al Ain Oasis, UAE local homes, etc.
Many UAE youths will participate in different places as well.
