Once your registration is accepted, we will ask for the transfer of the fee.

Japan Autumn Tour 2023 (2023.6.21)

Japan Center presents “Japan Autumn Tour 2023”.

This tour covers the most beautiful Autumn Sceneries of Japan.

The tour is 8 days & 8 nights, visiting 4 major cities (Kyoto, Okayama, Shimane, and Tokyo).

These cities are not easy to access & sight-seeing individually.

The fee includes : transportation, entry fee, workshops, grand bus, hiking, and most meals (only some dinners are not planned).

It is difficult to book hotels in Kyoto in Autumn season, so we ask you to join now to book ahead of busy season.

Even you are not our students, it is ok.  Previously we had some participants who joined by knowing our tour through the media.

You can join this trip, as long as you understand and respect Japan Center’s objective.

Registration Form

On June 17th, Japan Center made a presentation of the “Japan Study Tour 2023”.

Many students and friends came for the details of the trip.

This is as follows:

Date — Nov 17th to 25th (8 nights and 8 days)

Place to visit — Kyoto, Hyogo, Okayama, Shimane, and Tokyo

Workshops — Pottery, Glass Blowing, Wind bell, Japanese Color Dying, etc.

Estimated Cost —  AED 14000 to 16000/person (not including flight cost between UAE and Japan) 

Meeting Place in Kyoto, and dismiss at Tokyo (so you can join from other countries)

Registration — Till the end of June

Kyoto Hotels will be occupied soon after the summer, so we must book initially for now.

(1st payment will be by the end of July)

Japan Center will hold Orientation of “Japan Study Tour 2023” on June 17th morning.

Please join us at the venue of Art For All Center, Sharjah, at 10:30am.

It will take around 1 hour to explain the details of the tour with Q & A.

This will be an extraordinary tour of your life!

Whoever cannot join tomorrow with some reason, please inform us of your interest of joining the tour.

It is very difficult to book hotel-rooms, workshops, and shows in Kyoto after the summer, so we set the deadline of participation by June 30th.

We will take the first 30 application from starting tomorrow, but we can accept by email, as well.

Japan Center will hold an Orientation of Japan Autumn Tour 2023.

Autumn tour is the 4th Study Tour of Japan Center after 2015, 2017, and 2019.

Japan Center’s tour is very unique.  You don’t have to spend much time on your research.  We will take you to the most popular and beautiful places that not many foreigners can find.  We prepare the transportation with enough space for number of participants, reserve the Halal restaurant, and move by the best cost & time-effective ways.  In this tour, we keep half-day free time on some days, so you can explore Japan using your own compass. 

However, it is important for the participants to know the role of Japan Center of this trip. 

In our Center, we teach Japanese Language for our students, and our dream is to show the best and real parts of Japan.  For that reason, we may skip some most-famous tourist spots that are usually full of foreign tourists.  This trip will introduce the calm and nice places that usually capture Japanese people’s heart.   

In different cities, our Japanese friends join as tour guides.  There are lots of interactive exchange with Japanese people and workshops based on Cultural experience.

Application : Autumn is the most popular travel period in Japan.  Due to high demand, Kyoto Hotels will be full before summer.  To secure the hotel booking, we take the initial number of participants at Orientation Day.  No need to pay till July.  You can make final decision by the end of June.  But be ready if you are interested.

Deadline : In case you cannot attend the Orientation, it is still ok.  But you must send us the application form by the end of June to book a seat for you.  Not only hotels and transportation, the booking must be done for some Cultural Workshops and Artistic Shows. 

Attention : The cost of this tour is more than normal travel cost, as Autumn has special rate of Hotels, Shows and Workshops.  The cost of tour does not include the air tickets.  You can find appropriate flight ticket by yourself.  All participants will meet at the hotel in Kyoto one night before the tour starts, then we dismiss at the airport of Tokyo (Narita or Haneda) after the tour.  You can spend some days in Japan before or after our tour.

Japan Center will make “Japan Study Tour” in November 2023.

It will be “Autumn Tour” for the 1st time, and visit many beautiful places in the nature.

Japan Center’s Tour is very popular among our students, as it is meaningful, trustworthy, reasonable and well-organized by Japanese teachers & Tour Company. 

Period: Nov 10 to 18, 2023 (8 days/nights)

Place to visit : Tokyo, Kyoto, Eastern part of Japan

Estimated Cost : AED 14000-16000 (without flight ticket)

Fee includes: All transportation with domestic flight, bus & Shinkansen, 2 meals a day + some dinner (all Halal foods), Entrance Fee, Workshop Fee, Japanese tour coordinator, 2 Teachers and 4 star-accommodations.

The installment of the fee will be twice.    First installment is the half amount of the trip (end of July), Second installment is the rest by early October.   The exact fee will be adjusted with final number of participants.  The more number of participants, the lower the fee will be.

2023 Japan Study Trip

The Tour includes many historical visits, sports in the nature, workshops, and guided free time.  No need of finding Halal Food, or complicated way to the tourist spots.  The teachers will take you to the most significant places without worry.  You can invite your friends and family, as well.

This event is to promote the reading of citizens and to support the challenged people.
